System Therm
Construction:
Heat insulating ready-to-install steel door unit, type Therm. Construction made of electro-galvanized, yellow chromated precision profile steel tubes in monocoque construction as composite profile, with powder coatable PA 6.6 insulator as thermal separation. Frame profile and leaf profile surface-flushed with twofold EPDM stopper seal (circumferential on 3 sides).
The door is equipped with automatically lowerable floor seal as standard. Viewed width of frame and leaf 130 mm, base height 90 mm, structural depth 70 mm. Optional with additional fanlight and/or side-parts.
Fittings:
Right angle bent aluminum rounded handle set with steel core and oval rosette plates. Upper door closer Geze TS 5000 with slide channel, silver coloured, altern. Dorma TS 93 (prepared for mounting on hinge side), 2-leaf doors with integrated closing sequence control in slide channel.
Hinges:
Two 2-part steel weld-on hinges for each leaf, 3-D adjustable, with ball bearings.
Surface:
Electro-galvanized and yellow chromated, powder-coated primed in RAL 9002, optional powder-coated final paint-coating in RAL classic (against extra charge).
Glazing:
Heat protecting iso-glass 28 mm (EGS 6/ SZR 16 mm/ EGS 6; k-value = 1,1 W/m²K) dry glazing with rubber profiles.
